Appeal TPS
This service includes a legal argument to support the reason we believe the denial of the TPS by the government was erroneous. Some things cannot be appealed, but most cause of denial can be reconsidered if they cannot be appealed.
Deposit Immigration Bond
If you have a famiily member detained by immigration, and the immigration judge already ordered or approved release after the person pays the bond; then we can help.
Request for Evidence, Yellow Page
If you received a yellow paged notice from immigration your case is in trouble. We can help you with that problem. This service includes assisting you in solving the issue on the notice including legal arguments and evidence submittal. But does not include other services required to solve that issue, that might be needed, such as waivers or other filings.
Request Immigration Bond
This service includes legal representation by our associated attorney of any person detained in immigration court that wants to request release with bond, ANYWHERE IN USA. The attorney will be at the immigration bond hearing. It does not include legal representation on all the immigration court proceedings, only and exclusively the immigration bond hearing.
Getting TPS
If you seek to acquire TPS status because you do not have it but believe you or an immediate family member qualifies for such status this is the service you seek. Remember that minors at time of registration can request it late. We can help.
Pre-Review of Visa
You can request this service if you plan on requesting a visa at any consular post of the US (or Embassy) and you want to know if it has good or bad odds of being approved. Getting this service might save you from paying the government fees for a tourist visa (Over $300), by allowing us to determine your odds of getting the visa approved.
Requesting citizenship
If you are a legal permanent resident (have a green card) and you want to become a US Citizen (Naturalization), this is the service you will need. We will provide the educational material to become a US Citizen in English in a pamphlet and a CD you can listen to. This will facilitate learning the material you will need to know to become a US Citizen.

If what you seek is to acquire: your immigration file, extend your stay in the US, remove condition on you residence, renew a work permit (Employment Authorization Document) or request anything from immigration that is not any of the services on our list or in “Economy”; this is the service you seek.
Residence for family member
If you are seeking to get legal permanent residence (“Green Card”) for your sons, daughters, brothers, or parents this is the service you should acquire. Get the Residence for spouse/fiance service if you seek to get this status for a spouse, even if the spouse has children of any age.
Residence for spouse or fiance
If you are seeking to make your spouse, or fiancé, a legal permanent resident (get him or her a “Green Card”) regardless of where they are and regardless of having or not children of any age; this is the service you should request. Notice that this service will lead to legal residence for your fiancé, spouse, and any of the children of that spouse or fiancé regardless of their age if you choose to include them. From TPS to Green Card/Residence
If what you want is to convert your family member that currently has TPS status into a legal permanent resident/Green Card (be it spouse, child, brother/sister or parent) this is the service you should request. Not every person is eligible.
Waivers
Use this service if you require a waiver for your application. Waivers are needed in all cases were the person getting the immigration benefit has previous convictions of any kind, or if the person was detained by immigration, or if the person has been physically present in US illegally for more than 180 days.
